Media Activists and Public Access Producers from San Antonio and Austin met with City Officials on April 10, 2007 to discuss a request to test signal compatability with AT&T U-verse. San Antonio is the first city impacted by a state-wide cable franchising bill that passed in the summer of 2005. There is confusion as to interpretation of the bill. Part 3.
